A quieter room on Broadway

Where PWR 72 is the bigger strength floor, PWR 82 is the calm room. It was set up around one-on-one work: a private space, conversational volume, and enough equipment that a session never has to compromise on the plan.

That makes it a natural first stop for clients who are new to lifting, coming back after time away, or training through pregnancy and postpartum — anyone who would rather not learn in front of an audience.

What you can train at PWR 82

1:1 Personal Training

The core of what happens here: one coach, one client, a private room and a program written for you.

Duet Training

Two people, one coach, one session — popular with couples and neighbours who train together.

Group Strength

Classes here are capped at 6, so the format stays close to coached training rather than a class you follow along with.

Pregnancy through postpartum

"I trained with Emily throughout my entire pregnancy. She knew exactly when to push me and when I needed to take it easy but still move my body. Now that I'm postpartum, it's been great having her guide me in building my strength back up."
Pre & postnatal client

Started strength training later in life

"Everything I've read about longevity points to the importance of weight training, so I decided to give it a try… now I'm completely hooked. Emily is lovely, inspiring, and an incredibly skilled teacher. The gym itself is inclusive, positive, and genuinely welcoming — every body truly feels at home here."
