“Such a great private training gym! Brand new equipment and just a super clean space, which is such a luxury for a NYC gym. I've been training with Emily for a while now, and she has literally been the only trainer I've ever been able to stick with for longer than a few months. I trained with her throughout my entire pregnancy (which was a ROUGH one). Throughout that entire time, she knew exactly when to push me and when I needed to take it easy but still move my body. Now that I'm postpartum, it's been great having her guide me in building my strength back up. Quiet and clean, it enhances the personalized service that Carolyn delivers. PWR NYC has more equipment than large national gyms that I have worked out in. The equipment is state of the art.
I also just enjoyed a small group fitness class with Morgan. The studio allowed movement between different stations, a full body work out with Morgan guiding everybody seamlessly through. Usually not a class person, as I feel l lose the workout if I am not in correct form, Morgan kept an eye on all participants and nobody felt lost. I will definitely add this into my weekly schedule”
