This is where PWR began. Where our community was built, strength was developed, and lives were changed through consistent, intentional training.

PWR 82 Group Strength

Our signature PWR Strength class is a 55-minute full-body training session built around progressive strength work and functional movement. Expect a mix of compound lifts, mobility, and accessory work. Programmed like personal training, shared with a small group (max 6).
