    How to book Small Group Training

    Small group training at PWR 72 is designed to be a consistent, coached experience in a small setting. To get started, fill out our quick intake form so we can learn a little about you and make sure it's a great fit. From there, feel free to purchase a drop-in or package and reserve your spot.

    Slots open on the 20th of each month for the following month, first-come, first-served. We encourage attending 2-3 times per week for the best results.

  • Group training is the closest way to experience personalized coaching in a group setting. Sessions are led by an experienced coach and thoughtfully programmed to support a range of goals and experience levels, while still allowing for individual attention.

  • Yes. Coaches offer modifications and progressions throughout the session to meet different abilities, injuries, or comfort levels.

  • Group training at PWR is supportive, focused, and collaborative. Sessions are designed to feel motivating and welcoming without being overwhelming or competitive.

  • For Small Group Training at PWR 72, spots open on the 20th of each month for the following month. You can also purchase a drop-in if a spot is available. Slot first come, first served.

  • Private group classes are a flexible option for a variety of occasions and group needs. They’re commonly booked for bachelorette workouts, birthday celebrations, weekly friend workouts, team or community events, and other special gatherings. Sessions are designed to be engaging, supportive, and tailored to your group.

We offer private group training for special occasions and recurring workouts. Sessions are fully coached and designed around your group’s goals, experience level, and schedule.
