The PWR Intro Series A 3-class pack for first-time clients to get a feel for our small group training. Thoughtful coaching, a welcoming space, and no long-term commitment.
You can join the Saturday 9am small group session by purchasing a drop-in or using a small group package.

Sessions are designed to be engaging, supportive, and tailored to your group.
