Personalized programming in a small group setting. With an emphasis on progressive overload, every session is programmed, tracked, and built on the last.
How is Small Group Training different?
Most group classes put you in a room and run you through the same workout as everyone else. Small Group Training at PWR isn't that.
Sessions are capped at 4 people, programmed progressively over 4 weeks, and coached by someone who knows where you started and where you're going. You get the accountability and energy of training with others without losing the attention that makes coaching truly work.

How it Works
Fill out a short consultation form and sign up for an available slot. Spots are first-come, first-served, so grab your preferred time while it's open.
Once you're in, your coach takes it from there. Sessions are programmed in 4-week cycles, so your training builds week over week. We recommend booking 2x per week to get the most out of the programming. Slots are booked monthly, so you have the flexibility to work around your schedule. Don’t see a time slot that works for you? Let us know, and we will work on adding it!
First drop-in is $75! Only available at PWR 72.

There's no block commitment. Programs are built in 4-week cycles by your coach, and you book monthly based on what works for you. We recommend 2x per week to get the most out of the progressive programming, but flexibility is built in.

Sessions are capped at 4 people so your coach can give real attention to everyone in the room.

No experience needed. That said, if you're brand new to strength training, we sometimes recommend starting with a few 1:1 sessions first to learn the basics and get comfortable with the movements. Your coach can help point you in the right direction after your consultation.

Group Strength is a drop-in weekend class open to anyone. Small Group is a monthly commitment with progressive programming and a consistent small group. It's a more structured experience designed to build on itself week over week.

As of June 2026, we offer classes Mon/Wed at 6/7pm, Tues/Thurs 7/9am, and Fridays 9/10am.

We offer private group training for special occasions and recurring workouts. Sessions are fully coached and designed around your group’s goals, experience level, and schedule.
This option works well for celebrations or for friends who want to train together consistently.
