What kind of training do you offer?

We specialize in one-on-one personal training, duet sessions, and small group classes—each customized to your goals, body, and experience level.


You can start by booking a complimentary consultation, which helps us match you with the right coach and training approach. If you’re joining our group class, you can also purchase a drop-in. For questions or help getting started, feel free to reach out to info@pwrnyc.com.

How do I book a session?


We offer training packages rather than traditional memberships. You only pay for the sessions you use. No monthly fees, no long-term contracts.

Do you offer memberships?


We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

How many people are in the group classes?

Our Group Strength classes are capped at 6 people at PWR 82 and 10 people at PWR 72. Our 6-week Small Group Training classes are capped at 4 people. This is to ensure you get a more personalized, one-on-one experience—even in a group setting! This allows our trainers to give you the attention and guidance you need to train safely and effectively.

  • Single sessions expire in 1 month

  • 6-packs in 3 months

  • 12-packs in 6 months

  • 24- and 28-packs in 12 months

Do session packs expire?


Can I train if I’m pregnant or recovering from an injury?

Absolutely! Our trainers are experienced in working with clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and injury rehab. Just let us know what you’re working with, and we’ll tailor the program to you.


What should I bring to my session?

Just yourself and comfortable clothes. We provide everything else, including water and towels!
