A coached, full-body strength class built for community. Whether it's your first time lifting or you've been training for years, this is a great way to experience PWR and get a serious workout in.
How it Works
Classes are capped small so every session stays coached, not crowded. You'll move through a warm-up, a full-body strength workout, and a cool-down, with modifications and progressions available so you can work at the right level for you.
