A complimentary consultation is recommended for new clients. It allows us to learn more about your goals and match you with the right coach and approach. Returning clients or those familiar with our training style may purchase sessions directly.

The consultation is a short, in-person conversation where we discuss your goals, training background, and schedule. There’s no workout required and no pressure to commit.

Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and are fully coach-led. Your program is designed to progress with you, adjusting based on performance, recovery, and goals.
