As a performer who moved to New York City just as the pandemic began, Katelyn found herself feeling lost and without a purpose. Formerly an athlete during her middle and high school years she was without a consistent movement routine for the first time in her life - that is, until she discovered strength training. Katelyn fell in love with the discipline and strength that comes with weight lifting, which she found encompassed more than just her physical strength: it improved her mental health as well.

Katelyn has now been a personal trainer for 5 years and continues to fall more in love with her career. She works with clients of all ages, from college students to grandparents who want to keep up with their grandkids as they get older. Specializing in functional strength and kettlebell training, she believes that you will not only grow stronger while working with her, but also develop confidence, discipline, mental clarity, and an overall better sense of self. Katelyn's bubbly and positive attitude in sessions will leave clients feeling powerful, uplifted and ready to tackle the day ahead!
