Emily trains clients of all ages and experience levels, including those who are pre or postnatal. Her approach is supportive but effective — she’ll meet you where you are and help you build strength and confidence through every session.

She specializes in hypertrophy and bodybuilding-style training, blended with functional movement to help you move well and feel your best. Expect to be challenged — Emily will encourage you to lift heavier than you think you can, because she knows you’re capable of more.
