How do I book a session?

We offer training packages rather than traditional memberships. You only pay for the sessions you use—no monthly fees, no long-term contracts.

Do you offer memberships?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

How many people are in the group classes?

Our group classes are capped at 6 people to ensure you get a more personalized, one-on-one experience—even in a group setting. This allows our coaches to give you the attention and guidance you need to train safely and effectively.

Do session packs expire?

Absolutely! Our trainers are experienced in working with clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and injury rehab. Just let us know what you’re working with, and we’ll tailor the program to you.

Can I train if I’m pregnant or recovering from an injury?

While we don’t offer full-scale nutrition plans, our trainers can provide guidance and help you build sustainable habits around training, recovery, and lifestyle.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

What should I bring to my session?

Just yourself, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. We provide everything else.
