Nina works with clients of all experience levels, from total beginners to seasoned athletes and performers. Her coaching style is calm, supportive, and highly intentional. She’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and consistency through every session.
In addition to her work as a personal trainer and performer, Nina is also a competitive soccer coach, giving her a deep understanding of how to train athletes for the specific demands of their sport. She specializes in functional strength training and hypertrophy, blending power, stability, and mobility to help clients feel strong, capable, and resilient both on and off the field.
