Maddie is a Resident Trainer at PWR NYC who brings a weight-neutral, sustainable approach to strength and movement. After starting her career in finance, she traded CPA textbooks for a NASM certification and never looked back.
A former dancer turned strength coach, Maddie helps clients move beyond toxic fitness trends and into training that builds confidence, strength, and mobility for life. Her sessions blend strength, balance, coordination, and power, designed to make you feel capable in and out of the gym.
