A former Division 1 college baseball player, David knows firsthand the discipline, strategy, and resilience it takes to perform at a high level. He brings that same drive to every session at PWR NYC, combining his results-driven approach with a supportive, approachable coaching style.
David specializes in strength training and hypertrophy, helping clients build muscle, increase power, and move with confidence. As a certified nutrition coach, he ensures progress extends beyond the gym floor. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and experience as a mental health counselor, he also understands the role mindset plays in achieving results—meeting clients where they are and helping them build not only physical strength, but lasting confidence.
David works with a wide range of clients, from beginners stepping into the gym for the first time to seasoned athletes chasing peak performance. He’s trained busy professionals looking to fit fitness into their routine, parents wanting more energy for daily life, and older adults building strength for longevity. He also helps athletes and kids preparing for collegiate sports develop the strength, speed, and resilience needed to compete.
